AttSoftech specializes in custom digital product engineering, including:

- Enterprise Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning integration
- Cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and security audits
Specific project timelines, deliverables, payment milestones, and technical specifications are governed by independent, signed Statements of Work (SOW) executed between AttSoftech and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
• Client Project Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment under an agreed Statement of Work, 100% of the customized code, proprietary algorithms, design assets, and documentation crafted specifically for the client are transferred exclusively to the client.
• Website & Brand Assets: All trademarks, logos, proprietary UI designs, graphics, and code comprising the AttSoftech website itself remain the exclusive intellectual property of AttSoftech.
4. Third-Party Advertisements & Links
Our website may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense, as well as links to external third-party resources. AttSoftech does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, products, or services advertised on our platform. Your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AttSoftech, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill arising from the use of our website or digital products.
